4. Absolute Immunity for Owners, Co-Founders, and Staff

Complete Legal Harmlessness

You explicitly agree to release, defend, hold completely harmless, and exempt from any legal action or liability:

  • One Bangla (and its parent entity or subsidiaries)
  • One Bangla
  • The Owners, Co-founders, Board Members, Directors, and Shareholders
  • All Editors, News Reporters, Anchors, Journalists, Correspondents, Video Editors, Employees, Freelancers, and Representatives

from and against any and all legal suits, criminal or civil proceedings, police complaints, statutory notices, claims, demands, damages, financial penalties, losses, liabilities, costs, or legal fees arising directly or indirectly out of any act, report, published text, voice recording, live broadcast, third-party interview, or user contribution.

Individual Personal Liability

The person who speaks, writes, submits, or conveys any statement, voice, video, or content is 100% personally responsible and legally accountable under civil and criminal laws for their respective statements or acts.

5. Absolute Disclaimer of Warranties and Zero-Damage Policy

“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Basis

Zero Damage Money Compensation

No damage money, financial compensation, penalty reimbursement, monetary settlement, or restitution of any kind will be provided, paid, or payable by the Company or any of its owners, founders, reporters, or staff under any circumstances, lawsuits, or legal proceedings.

6. Acknowledgment and Age Limit
